1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using aizeit.io (the "Website") and our training services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website or Services.

2. Services Provided

Aizeit.io provides AI training programs, workshops, and coaching services designed to help non-developers build applications and automation systems using AI tools. Our services include:

• 2-day "Automate with AI" workshops
• 5-day "AI Build" intensive programs
• Corporate AI enablement training
• 1-on-1 build coaching

3. Registration and Payment

Booking: To register for a training program, you must complete the booking process and provide accurate contact and payment information.

Payment: Full payment is required before the start of the training program unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. Prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and are subject to change.

VAT: Educational services may be exempt from Norwegian VAT (MVA) in accordance with Norwegian tax law. Corporate consulting services may be subject to VAT.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by You:

• More than 14 days before the start date: Full refund minus administrative fee (NOK 500)
• 7-14 days before the start date: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the start date: No refund

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program date.

5. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your participation:

• Requests made more than 14 days in advance: Free transfer to another date (subject to availability)
• Requests made less than 14 days in advance: Subject to NOK 1,000 rescheduling fee

6. Attendance and Participation

You are expected to attend all sessions of the training program. We do not provide refunds for missed sessions. Training materials and recordings (if applicable) will be provided to registered participants only.

7. Intellectual Property

Training Materials: All course materials, presentations, code examples, and documentation provided during training are the intellectual property of Aizeit.io. You may use these materials for personal learning and application but may not redistribute, sell, or republish them without written permission.

Your Work: Any applications, code, or projects you create during training are your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your work.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aizeit.io provides training and education services. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, job placement, revenue generation, or success of projects built during or after training.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aizeit.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Use of AI Tools

Our training involves the use of third-party AI tools and platforms (such as Claude, ChatGPT, etc.). You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining your own subscriptions to these services
• Complying with the terms of service of these third-party providers
• Any costs associated with using these tools

10. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
• Not disrupt the learning environment
• Not use training to build illegal, harmful, or unethical applications

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without refund.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with GDPR.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
